We are thrilled to announce that Amy Johnson, our Head of School at Arkansas Virtual Academy (ARVA), has been recognized as a Public Sector/Education Executives Finalist for the Arkansas Business Executive of the Year Award. This prestigious award honors the region’s most outstanding senior executives and top leaders, and Amy’s inclusion as a finalist is a testament to her exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to our school community. 

The Arkansas Business Executive of the Year Awards, presented by Arkansas Talent Group, will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock.

Whether Amy takes home the top honor or not, she is already a winner in our eyes. Her leadership at ARVA has been nothing short of inspiring, guiding our students, staff, and families through the unique challenges of online education with grace and determination. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment has profoundly impacted our community.
